International Find the Good Day – created by The Junior League – is dedicated to finding the good in yourself, your community, and the world around you. On September 18, 2025, Junior Leagues across the globe will host events to raise awareness and support for the Junior League movement—a reflection of the organization’s timeless spirit and its legacy of kindness, empowerment, and community transformation. Together, we aim to make a difference by embracing the power of unity and positive change.

For the third annual Find the Good Day on September 18, 2025, the Junior League of Grand Rapids will partner with the YWCA West Central Michigan on the opening day of ArtPrize 2025 to celebrate how each of us find the good through optimism, positivity, and resilience. This family-friendly event is open to all ages and will take place at 25 Sheldon Blvd SE, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Beyond this event, we will also partner with Sojourner House to help close the gap on essential items for the women and children they serve through a collection of undergarments—one of the most under-donated and highest-priority needs. 

We would like to extend our gratitude for the kindness and generosity of the Junior League and community members who have come together in the past to support our Find the Good Day initiative. We’re honored to continue the legacy and support the YWCA in our shared efforts to improve women’s health and development in our community.
